Bal Arneson just released a book of Indian recipes that will infuse your cuisine with a different and delicious culture.

“I call my book ‘Everyday Indian’ because you shouldn’t have to go to a restaurant to enjoy the great flavors of Indian food, nor should you view an Indian meal as an occasional treat,” said Arneson, Food Network Canada host and cookbook author.”
